SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
The Munchy Monkey wants your online experience to be enjoyable, simple, and successful.
When Do We Ship?
Most credit and debit card orders placed before 3 PM Central time, will be shipped on the same business day. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a national holiday, will be shipped on the next business day.
Where Do We Ship?
Currently we are only shipping the continental United States and APO/FPO addresses. For APO/FPO addresses, all orders will be shipped via our Standard Service only (Expedited and Express ship methods are currently not available for APO/FPO addresses). Standard delivery timeframes (as noted above) do not apply to APO/FPO shipments.
How Do We Ship?
We offer 2 methods of shipping. FedEx is our preferred method of shipping but if you desire your order to be delivered to a PO Box, we offer the USPS. All orders are sent priority shipping with 2nd or 3rd day delivery, depending on your location. If you need your order sooner, we also offer overnight delivery as well.
Please note: The Munch Monkey is not responsible for delays caused by weather or other natural disasters.
Can I cancel an order?
You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipping by calling 601-466-8088. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. You may also email us at order@themunchymonkey.com .

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with any item from The Munchy Monkey, send the unsatisfactory product back to us. We will make it right with a prompt and courteous replacement, exchange, or refund (your choice).
